B) I can't see some realplayer clips in the new section when I started the clips.The realplayer will update a new software.Yes thats true.If you using an old player like Realplayer basic 8 or older,then you need a small plugin (ca. 200kb) auto-update of Real 9 (Realone player) if you don't wish the new realone-player.The Real support recommend this new software (by helix products) because the quality and compressing is much more better.Or take the real alternative player,if you d'ont like the Real Player.
Tip for realplayer user: If you don't like the update or popup msg from the realplayer,then you can try following under windows:by clicking with the right mouse button on the start button and choose searching,choose the folder C:\ or the default folder below and enter the word upgr3260.dll in the name box- click with the right mouse button on this file and delete it,if you find it - now you never have any update msgs or popups from the realplayer.Realplayer-support
B) Ich kann keine neueren realclips sehen wieso?
Die neueren clips sind mit dem helixproducer (nachfolger vom realproducer) erstellt worden,da diese Art von clips bessere wieder gaben versprechen in besserer komprimierung und qualität,desshalb versucht euer alter realplayer (Basic 8 oder älter) ein direkt update zu starten für ein etwa 200KB grosses plugin das für diese clips benötigt wird.Ihr könnt aber auch den real one player (nachfolger vom realplayer) downloaden,dann wird dieses plugin nicht benötigt.Der real one player wird auf der real homepage auch als gratis version angeboten ( aber ganz klein geschrieben).Tip: Falls ihr Euch über die ständigen updates popups vom realplayer nervt,so könnt ihr folgendes tun unter windows:Klickt mit der rechten maustaste auf den start button unten links und wählt suchen.Wählt unten das haubtverzeichniss C:\ und sucht nach dem word upgr3260.dll und löscht dieses.Realplayer-support

The following are alternate instructions for troubleshooting issues where the pictures do not refresh: First Make sure your browser has "Java" and "Javascript" enabled. Second Below are instructions for clearing out your Cache/Temporary Internet file. There is a section for IE 4.0 or above and one for Netscape 4.0 or above. If you are using an OLD version of
       either browser, I recommend you download the latest from the sites listed above.
        FOR INTERNET EXPLORER 4.0 or ABOVE
1.Open Internet Explorer
2.Do NOT go to any sites
3.Go to VIEW (if IE 4.0) Otherwise look for INTERNET optionS off one of the menus
4.Choose INTERNET optionS
5.under option secure/user define, click on "middle-secure" (not high) -click ok
6.Go To GENERAL tab (if IE 4.0) Otherwise look for TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES in the body of one of the tabs.
7.On section marked TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES click SETTINGS.
8.Where it says CHECK FOR NEWER VERSIONS OF STORED PAGES choose
            EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE - Click OK
9.Press button marked DELETE FILES - a window pops up - hit OK
10.Close Internet Explorer and next time you open it the pictures should be new & refresh when you hit F5.
I'm an AOL - user, and I only see banners as .bmp or .art files!
AOL 6.x users will only download graphics in .bmp or .art files even though they are .gifs
and .jpgs - to remedy this (as you must upload .gifs and .jpgs to your host) you must
make changes in your AOL settings. Please follow the instructions below:

    1.Go to keyword "Preferences".
    2.Click "Internet Properties (WWW)".
    3.Click "Web Graphics" tab at top of smaller window.
    4.Select "Never Compress Graphics".
    5.Click OK to save the preferences.
    6.Click reload on the browser toolbar for any pages you've already viewed before
      setting this preference.
When you set it to NOT compress graphics, it autosaves pics as jpgs or gifs.

C.) Ich kann die livecams nicht sehen wieso?
Alle live cams benötigen einen javascript fähigen Browser wie z.B. IE , Netscape , Mozillaoder FireFox
Ausserdem solltet ihr schauen,dass javascript sowie java aktiviert ist in eurem Browser.
Dies könnt ihr prüfen in dem ihr den IE mit der rechten maustaste anklickt und kontext "eigenschaften->sicherheit->stufe anpassen" wählt.Dann sucht nach "active scripting sowie scripting von java applets" stellt es auf aktivieren.Einfacher geht es,wenn ihr die sicherheitsstufe auf mittel stellt.Bestätigt diese eingaben und wechselt zurück auf "Allgemein->Temporäre Dateien" und klickt auf Einstellungen.Dort sollte "Aktualisieren bei jedem zugriff auf seite" aktiviert sein,danach schliesst alles wieder und startet den IE neu.Beim IE6 kann es sein,dass ihr eine java untestützung benötigt,welche bei sungratis zur verfügung steht.
Beim Netscape ist die java bzw. javascript einstellung folgend zu finden:
Startet den netscape und geht unter "bearbeiten,einstellungen,erweitert" dort sollte java sowie javascript aktiviert sein.Und ebenfalls bei "...erweitert->cache" sollte seite "jedesmal" auf aktuelle version prüfen aktiviert sein.

FOR NETSCAPE 4.x or ABOVE
1.Open Netscape
2.Do not go to any sites...
3.Go to EDIT at the top
4.Choose PREFERENCES (last on list)
5.Click the + sign next to ADVANCED
6.Click over CACHE
7.In the spot where it says "Document in cache is compared to document on network" Click dot next to EVERY TIME
8.Press Button that says "CLEAR MEMORY CACHE" - A window pops up, click OK
9.Press button that says "CLEAR DISK CACHE" - A window pops up, click OK
10.Exit Netscape.
